PRIVACY POLICY (IYC Dashboard)
When you use If You Can services and apps, you trust us with your information. This Product Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Please be noted that to have full understanding of privacy policy you have to get familiar with IYC GENERAL PRIVACY POLICY.
This is important and we hope you will take time to read it carefully. You can find controls to manage your information and protect your privacy and security at while logged in.
While certain types of IYC apps have their own settings and these settings directly impact what data is uploaded and the frequency of those, IYC Dashboard ONLY collects the data specified below.

What kinds of information do we collect?
The information that we collect is mainly the data you provide to IYC voluntarily. We may obtain information about your electronic device which you use to access our application. We will treat this information as your personal information.
In certain circumstances we may also collect personal information about you but only where you provide it (e.g by completing an online form) or where you purchase goods or services from us.

Things you do and information you provide
We collect information details when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account, install IYC Dashboard app, buy and attach subscriptions (if applicable).
This can include information in or about the content you provide.
We also collect information about how you use our Services, such as the frequency and duration of your activities.
However, be noted that IYC Dashboard has complete disposal access to the data collected as a result of the usage of Protector and/or ProtectMe applications from and by the target devices which stems from the functionality of the said applications.
What is a Target Device?
Target Device is a device which Protector or ProtectMe applications are installed on and for the purposes of viewing and managing of which IYC Dashboard is exploited.
Information from the Target Device
IYC Dashboard enables its users to access:
  • target device location, battery level, network connection and activity type, etc.,
  • the backed up data of the target device,
  • to view and manage all personal data that is uploaded from the target device, including calls, messages, media, etc.,
  • locations passed by the target device,
  • remote pictures, videos,
  • screen captures, screenshots,
  • to Remotely record calls, screen and ambient sound by choosing the duration of the recording.
Payments details (IF APPLICABLE)*
If you use our Services for purchases or financial transactions (such as when you buy a subscription), we collect information about the purchase or transaction.
This includes your payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, and other account and authentication information, as well as billing and contact details.
However, we do not store your credit card details on our servers. Note that payment processors (e.g. Paypal, Stripe) may keep these details.
*Please be noted that at the moment IYC Dashboard does not require separate fee. By acquiring Protector and or ProtectMe applications and paying the corresponding license and or subscription fees you are granted the opportunity to use IYC Dashboard in accordance with EULA terms and conditions.
Information uploaded from devices
Installing our IYC Dashboard app on any of your devices necessarily means that the data allowing to identify such a device may be collected.

We use the information we have to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on and off of our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies. We work hard to protect your account using teams of engineers, automated systems, and advanced technology such as encryption.

How we won't use this information!
We will not sell or market the email addresses or other collected personal information of registered Users to third parties.
How is this information shared?
New owner
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
How can I delete my device data or my account?
If you want to delete a device, access User Menu -> Devices -> Delete device (icon), by tapping which the device is removed. However certain data such as device name and ID may still be kept in our system in accordance with Data Retention practices of IYC. Additional identification may not be required since in accordance with the requirements of EULA your devices and accounts are controlled by you.
If you want to delete your account you are free to make request to IYC to remove the data. The feature is available from web browser only. That is done when you visit www.ifyoucan.com, sign in to your account, access Account Settings -> Request for Account Deletion -> Delete Account button and confirm consequent pop-up.
How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm.
How will we notify you when we change our Privacy Policy?
Whenever we make changes to this privacy policy, we are required to send an email notice to your registered email.
